The University Voucher Program is a program offered through the Workforce Development Office. Workforce Development is a joint Labor/Management partnership between the State of Ohio and OCSEA/AFSCME Local 11. The purpose of this partnership is to provide education and training opportunities for eligible State of Ohio bargaining unit employees. Computer Enrichment Training and Professional Development Program 1. To register for noncredit computer training (CET) courses, simply submit a completed registration form with your signed voucher and mail to: Office

To register for Professional Development Program (PDP) courses, simply submit a completed registration form with a copy of your signed "PDP Prepay Attendance Verification Form." When you complete the class, send the original verification form to the address below. We will complete the "Training Provider" section and return the form to you. Please Note: Only Workforce Development vouchers are accepted for noncredit courses. Office
of Continuing Education (Adapted from the WDonline web site) Academic Credit Courses Voucher Procedure Change The Office of Continuing Education is no longer the Workforce Development University Voucher Program academic credit courses representative and contact for The Ohio State University. The Workforce Development University Voucher Program academic credit courses contacts at Ohio State are Guy Flora (flora.1@osu.edu, 614-688-3556) and Suzie Bird-Conliff (bird-conliff.1@osu.edu, 614-292-5997), in the Office of Fees & Deposits. Additionally, all Workforce Development vouchers for academic credit courses should be submitted to Guy Flora, Office of Fees & Deposits, 230 Lincoln Tower, 1800 Cannon Dr., Columbus, OH 43210. Please note that the Office of Fees & Deposits must receive fee payments (vouchers, checks, etc.) no later than the fee payment due date in order to avoid late payment penalties. Also, it is important that all students activate their Ohio State e-mail accounts and check their e-mail on a regular basis. Students should also check their fee accounts before and after submitting payments. Thank you! |
