In order to protect your personal data and sensitive information while submitting our online forms you must accept our certificate. This certificate will encrypt communications between your computer and our systems keeping your data safe from prying eyes. You will be prompted differently depending on the web browser you use:

• Internet Explorer
  
  For the latest version of Internet Explorer you'll need to click the link next to the red shield labeled Continue to this website (not recommended).

• Mozilla Firefox
  
  For the latest version of Mozilla Firefox you'll be presented with two separate dialogs. The first dialog warns you about the self-signed certificate similar to Internet Explorer, but with a diferent presentation. Click the yellow arrow next to "I Understand the Risks" if the Add Exception button is not displayed, and click the Add Exception button. When the second dialog appears, click the Confirm Security Exception button.

For older verions of IE or Firefox, and certainly for other web browsers, you may be prompted differently. Please make sure to accept our certificate to protect your sensitive data.

Why am I being prompted about this certificate?

Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox are prompting you about our certificate because it is self-signed. This means that we generated our own certificate to use on our servers rather than purchasing a certificate through a Certificate Authority. The level of security provided by self-signed certificates is identical to those purchased through a Certificate Authority. The latest versions of IE and Firefox, however, warn users about such certificates because you should not accept them when visiting websites you do not trust. To improve our customers' experience, we are currently working through the process of purchasing a certificate through a Certificate Authority. In the future this warning will no longer appear.
